I did not Know Gdsm Allan personally. He served long before my father was born.He is not even a blood relative,as such.We do however share a bond that is family,Gdsm Allan,my father and I, all served in the scots guards at variuos times in their glorious history. I wil never know the type of man Allan was,if he was a good soldier,a slacker, the joker of his platoon.Perhaps he was just a young man serving his time in a land far from home, just waiting until he could return home. Gdsm Allan...R.I.P
